❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What is solo Bitcoin mining?
Solo mining means you mine Bitcoin independently without sharing rewards with other miners. When you find a block, you receive the entire block reward (3.125 BTC) minus our small 1% fee. It's higher risk but potentially much higher reward than pool mining.
What is the pool fee?
BTCPool.Online charges only 1% fee, one of the lowest in the industry. When you find a block, you keep 99% of the reward. For a 3.125 BTC block, you'd receive approximately 3.0938 BTC.
How do I get started?
Simply configure your miner with our pool URL: stratum+tcp://btcpool.online:3333. Use your Bitcoin wallet address as the username and 'x' as password. No registration required - your wallet is your identity.
Which miners are supported?
We support all SHA-256 ASIC miners including Bitmain Antminer (S19, S21, T21), MicroBT Whatsminer (M50, M60), Canaan Avalon, and any other Bitcoin mining hardware. CPU and GPU mining is not recommended due to extremely low hashrate.
How are payouts handled?
When you find a block, the reward is sent directly to your wallet address after 100 confirmations (standard Bitcoin maturity). There's no minimum payout and no withdrawal fees - you receive 99% of the block reward directly.
What's the difference between port 3333 and 4334?
Port 3333 uses variable difficulty and is suitable for most ASIC miners. Port 4334 uses high starting difficulty, designed for NiceHash, hashrate rentals, and very high hashrate operations.
What are my chances of finding a block?
Your probability depends on your hashrate compared to the total network hashrate (962.02 EH/s). Use our Mining Calculator to estimate your chances. Solo mining is best suited for miners with significant hashrate who can accept variance.
Is my data private?
Yes! We don't require any personal information. No email, no registration, no KYC. Your Bitcoin wallet address is your only identity, and we don't store any personal data. Your mining activity is between you and the Bitcoin network.
